terms and conditions

GENERAL
+ Commissions will be drawn using my artstyle; there is an additional 10-30% fee for complex designed characters and backgrounds.
+ Additional characters have a + 20% fee.
+ I will be accepting commissions for: original characters (OCs), DND/BD characters, fanart, ships/OTPs, OC x Canon, friends and family. I will also accept semi NSFW (just as long as they’re not in a provocative pose) and minimal gore. I will not be accepting commissions of: full NSFW, full gore and violence, furry, and anything I am uncomfortable with.
+ I reserve the right to turn down a commission if I believe it is beyond my capabilities, or if I am uncomfortable drawing it.
+ I own all the right to the artwork I create. Therefore, my work cannot be used as base or reference for AI generated images, and cannot be sold as NFTs, prints, or any sort of merchandise.
+ Clients can use their commission as profile pictures, coverphoto, a gift or for personal printing. + Streamers may use their commission for their streams and social media platforms, just as long as they don’t produce merchandise of it.
+ Please do not claim the artwork as your own; instead, clients should credit me and use the file with my watermark when posting on social media.
+ Please give me at least one or two months to finish your request.MODE OF PAYMENT
+ Payment should be paid upfront.
+ There will be no refunds once I begin working on the commission.ART PROCESS
+ I will be asking for a detailed description or reference for your ideas. Optional, but would highly suggest to also include a mood board or color palettes for reference.
+ The client can choose whether they want to be updated by process of their commission, or a surprise.
+ If the client wishes to create major changes such as pose, color palette, and character design, there will be an additional charge depending on the change applied.
+ If the client wishes to be updated with the process, I will be sending a:
1. sketch
2. semi-flat color base
3. rendered process
4. cleaned and fully rendered (final)
